●1+2=3→
One plus two equals (is) three.
Adding two to one gives three.
●3-1=2→
Three minus one equals two.
Subtracting one from three leaves two.
●2x3=6→
Two times three equals six.
Two multiplied by three makes six.
●8÷2=4→
Eight divided by two equals four.
